Awesome I had planned an out of state trip and while on my way I noted a "humming" noise coming from the rear of my Crosstrek. I drove to Hudiburg where I ta I had planned an out of state trip and while on my way I noted a "humming" noise coming from the rear of my Crosstrek. I drove to Hudiburg where I talked to Brian. He suspected wheel bearings were the cause of the noise and got me in the garage inside 7 minutes to diagnose the issue. Less than 10 minutes later Brian came back and let me know it was the rear wheel bearings. The parts were not available, so I needed a loaner. I had the key to this vehicle (a 2018 Forester) inside another 10 minutes. From drive in with no appointment to on the road in under 30 minutes? Unheard of! My road trip had to be delayed, but the service and waiting time were super fast. Got my Crosstrek back the next day, cleaned and ready to go. xxxx fine service! More

The purchase process wasn't too lengthy considering the dealership was busy that day. The finance department worked to get us the extended warranty at a more affordable price. Great Service I was passing through Oklahoma City and wanted to have the oil in my 2017 Impreza changed. I called and made a service appointment. The person who han I was passing through Oklahoma City and wanted to have the oil in my 2017 Impreza changed. I called and made a service appointment. The person who handled my call was friendly and efficient. Pete, my service advisor, was friendly and very helpful. In addition to changing my oil, the Service Department rotated my tires and did an inapection. I was in and out in about 45 minutes or so..
