One of the nicest people you will ever meet but unfortunately I will not be giving five stars because the salesman Teddy was not very informative when it came to the car so good thing I had done my research because he wasn’t offering any information if he didn’t have too and he told us he would fill the car up, clean up the tire well and fix a tiny hole in the back seat and all he did was clean some water outta the tire well area and that could have evaporated from the Oklahoma heat so I had to wait for another gentleman to fill my car up and now I have to go back in AGAIN to get the hole in my back seat fixed not to happy about that cause in my opinion when you tell someone your going to do something you do it but Steve in the finance department saved the day with his great customer service skills! More

Easy purchase, Nice people I trade in and get a new car every 2-3 years. (Don't judge). This was the smoothest and easiest purchase I have made. Although they low-balled me on my trade-in, so I sold it instead to CarMax for $3,000 more, the purchase of the new Crosstrek was very smooth. The salesman (Skyler) was well versed in Subaru products eager and still low pressure. Quite patient with me since I wanted to drive 3 different models of the same car. Along with Skyler, the manager, and finance person were friendly, professional, low-pressure also. I got a price which I thought was fair. It's ironic because about 6-7 years ago I bought from their Nissan dealership and the whole process and deal left me unimpressed. More

Good experience, no complaints The appointment was easy to make, communication was professional, my concerns were taken seriously. A loaner car was offered and gratefully received. This was a service I'd had with another dealership but not with this one until now. I like that. My only complaint is that the air freshener in the waiting room is so strong it immediately gives me a headache each time I go in there. Other than that, two thumbs up. More

An easy and pleasant new car Transaction I went to look at a new car (2018) based on reviews I read and a recommendation from a work associate. Paco talked with me and was super helpful and I went to look at a new car (2018) based on reviews I read and a recommendation from a work associate. Paco talked with me and was super helpful and fully knew the vehicle information. I never felt any pressure to buy at all. While buying anew car is never a quick purchase, I felt it went along at a reasonable pace. There wasn't the usual back and forth with the sales manager for approval. I gave them what I needed for my trade- in base doff my own research after the initial offer, they made, they accepted and added something else I wanted on the car and I signed the papers, picked up my car and went happily on my way. Paco showed me all the electronics and how they worked and even got my Sirius radio switched from the car I traded in over to my new vehicle for me. I was also called the next day to see if everything was going OK and if I had any additional questions. I was very happy with the experience andimpressed with Paco. More

We ordered a 2019 Ascent thi This was my second time buying from Hudiburg Subaru. I had a great experience the first time and this most recent time. We ordered a 2019 Ascent this time and it was delivered to us easily and efficiently (minus the typical factory delays that can happen). Ryne was helpful explaining things to us and in areas he was uncertain (this being a new model for them) he noted the question and got back to me ASAP. We love our new Suby and look forward to many, many family trips in it. Also, the service department is fantastic and if recommend servicing there, even if you bought from another dealership. Pete Hamather and his crew has kept my 2011 Outback running through 100k and it is showing zero signs of giving up. Keep up the good work! Mark More
