Not very quick and not very friendly. I have had to deal with the service center twice now and neither time was especially good. The first time I brought my car in because my back camera h I have had to deal with the service center twice now and neither time was especially good. The first time I brought my car in because my back camera had fallen out of the bumped back inside of itself. The technician discovered this and we figured out it was not the fault of the cars but of a repair I had to have to the bumper. So no big deal and all would have been fine, except then the Service Manager wanted to try and charge me something stupid for them doing no work on the car but just lifting it up and finding that the camera had fallen back inside the bumper. The car was less than 2 months old, fully under warranty, and also that I had just paid a good sum of money for this brand new car at their dealership. It came off as unhelpful and a sleazy way to try and get more money out of me. It left a very bad taste in my mouth. He was unfriendly and rude. The second experience was a routine oil change. My first one in my new car. They had scheduled me an appointment but due to how much I travel for work, I needed it done a month prior to my appointment. I called my sales guy and asked if I could bring it in ahead of schedule and he said that would be perfectly fine. I called ahead to see if they were particularly busy that day and I was told "No, we aren't busy at all this afternoon". I arrive to get my oil changed, without an appointment that same afternoon and was told "it shouldn't take long". It took almost 2 1/2 hours. Had they of told me that was their definition of "not taking long" I would have made an appointment for the next morning and dropped it off and done something much more productive than sitting in the waiting room most of the afternoon. I will say the service person I dealt with on my second visit was much more friendly than the Service Manager that I had dealt with the time before. With that being said, I do love my sales guy Steven McNeil. He is an awesome guy and very enjoyable to work with. I cannot recommend him enough. More
