Kind and friendly I bought my 2018 Crosstrek Oct. 2017 and had the best experience. April 2018 I got my free 6 month maintenance, and it was ok (not great). Oct. 2018 I got my free 12 month maintenance and was extremely pleased with the service, and the gentleman who helped me. The waiting room was nice and comfortable, I was able to work in quite. They did have a TV and restrooms attached to the waiting room. Overall I left feeling good about my Crosstrek and the love it had just received. More

Needless to say, I knew what I was looking for. Luckily, Hudiburg got one in, and honestly, I couldn’t be more happy with the experience. I generally have a distaste for salesmen, but Anthony was very honest and ended up getting me a really good deal. I can’t speak in behalf of any of the other salesmen, but I highly suggest requesting Anthony Rodriquez. He’s not your typical salesmen and seems to really care. More

Not interested in helping resolve their mistakes Purchased a Subaru outback from this dealership. Finance officer signed us up for an extended warranty that we specifically declined. Had to make a Purchased a Subaru outback from this dealership. Finance officer signed us up for an extended warranty that we specifically declined. Had to make a special trip back to dealership to sign a cancellation form. Called Finance officer back a couple of weeks later after we found out that the warranty had not been cancelled, left a message for him to call us back. He never did. 7 days later, we called Finance Officer again. He said he lost the form. He said he gave me a copy of it. He didn't. Called and spoke with the Finance Manager. He sent me the form. I faxed it and also emailed it back to him. I emailed him after I did it and asked him to let me know he received it. That was Friday. Today is Monday. I called him back, got his voicemail. I left a message. A couple of hours later, he emailed me and said he never received the fax or the email. I faxed and emailed the form again to him. Then I emailed him to request that he let me know if he did or did not get the form. Several hours have passed and I still have not heard from him. I had called the manager of the Subaru dealership on Friday also. He did return my call but I was unable to speak with him at that time. He said he was leaving and if he didn't hear from me on Saturday that he would call me back. He did not call me. When I got off work on Saturday, I called back to speak with him and he wasn't there. Haven't heard from him today. I am frustrated. I don't want to have to pay 3K for an extended warranty that I did not want. More
