He was very courteous and helped us with everything from finding the right packages and choosing what we need and what we do not need to offering a really good deal. I have bought several cars in the past and I would rate my experience with this dealership in general and Paco in particular the best. This dealership is really fortunate to have Paco on the workforce. If I were the owner I would consider promoting him to a managerial position as he clearly has a rare combination of a drive to excel in whatever he is doing, a deep understanding of the technical details of the product he is selling and excellent person skills. People like him are critical assets in every organisation. To tell the truth, we wanted to buy a Toyota. We stopped by the Subaru dealership to test drive the Impreza to compare it to the handling of the Corolla. The credit goes solely to Paco that we decided to buy the Subaru. Both cars are equally very well made - but the Subaru dealership experience was far superior thanks to Paco. He did not use any hard sales tactics, which I very much appreciated. I have many friends in sales and I recognize when I see an Ace - he is definitely one. I would wholeheartedly recommend him as the go-to person at this dealership. More
