An appointment had been made already to bring the car in so it was refreshing to see, as dealers go, the repair was completed as scheduled. Also even though the VIN was slightly later than listed in the TSB for a part change, Hudiburg truly took care of me. The reason we purchased our second Subaru is how great we were treated in the service department and the fact that the salesman, Darrin Keesey did not use high pressure tactics, We loved our Outback and would have purchased another one except the 2019 Sport with it's changes, fit our needs better. We have alot of fun with "Feel the love". You have the best commericals. I have bought several cars in the past and I would rate my experience with this dealership in general and Paco in particular the best. This dealership is really fortunate to have Paco on the workforce. If I were the owner I would consider promoting him to a managerial position as he clearly has a rare combination of a drive to excel in whatever he is doing, a deep understanding of the technical details of the product he is selling and excellent person skills. People like him are critical assets in every organisation. To tell the truth, we wanted to buy a Toyota. We stopped by the Subaru dealership to test drive the Impreza to compare it to the handling of the Corolla. The credit goes solely to Paco that we decided to buy the Subaru. Both cars are equally very well made - but the Subaru dealership experience was far superior thanks to Paco. He did not use any hard sales tactics, which I very much appreciated. I have many friends in sales and I recognize when I see an Ace - he is definitely one. I would wholeheartedly recommend him as the go-to person at this dealership. More
