On Nov 24, 2018, from the initial contact e-mail and phone-call response from Jody McLaughlin, to my arrival and meeting with Chris Hall, I appreciated the friendly and helpful approach. Chris set me up with Sales Associate Leonard Bey who offered me 100% helpfulness with ZERO-pressure as I test drove several cars and then carefully compared them to choose my perfect car. The negotiation process followed with the same attention and Leonard kept me feeling completely at ease as we worked out the details. Completing my financing arrangements with Jamar Covington was also an easy and comfortable experience. The following week, when I returned for some extra options to be installed, Pete in the Service Department took great care of my car, and me, as well! Service is good but the price is ridiculous! I went in for an alignment on my Forester after I had bought tires elsewhere. That was fine and priced reasonable. But I also had a headlight out that I was going to have them replace until I as how much. They quoted me $70 when I know the bulb is not more than $20 and the labor is maybe 3 minutes at most. I told them my husband will do it for that price. I went by Autozone, bought the bulb for $17 and my husband with cerebral palsy replaced the bulb in 6 minutes! Saved $53.00! More
