Not so quick oil change Made an appointment for my oil change. Waited 15 mins to get paper work started. There are never enough seats in the waiting room and they are dirty. It’s been missing for 4 months. I went and sat in the waiting area in the show room. My paper work was wrong I had to wait an additional 30mins after my car was ready for them to figure it out. More

Dirty air filter The service advisor would not let my decline of buying an air filter go! Also my service was done in 30 minutes for a full 12k mile check. I was suspicious but just thought they were quick - until my windshield fluid light came in the next day! When I called to ask for a follow up appointment to double check the services performed. I was told I could bring it in to ‘have them top off the windshield fluid.’ Not what I asked for and not satisfied. I can pour a bottle of fluid in the resubmit myself. Which is what I did More

A friend witnessed the encounter and shared my reaction. I purchased my Subaru in Santa Fe, NM (over 5 years ago) and was eager to interact with Hudiburg. Unfortunately, I will continue to utilize my mechanic in Lawton and will seek a different Subaru dealer for my next purchase. More
