not a pleasant experience i purchased a car 2/4/19, i was helped by coach with the vehicle. for the most part, i was pleased with him. when pointing out areas of concern on sai i purchased a car 2/4/19, i was helped by coach with the vehicle. for the most part, i was pleased with him. when pointing out areas of concern on said car, i was essentially told that i could not be picky due to the car being used. my real problem comes from the financing department. i was told several times that after the processing fee, my down payment, and the total of the car was all added up, i would be financing $8450. when i signed the paperwork for the car, i was financed for WELL OVER the amount agreed upon numerous times. the dealer ended up marking the car up another $1000. i am EXTREMELY unpleased with the experience.
