Awesome service! I purchased a 2016 Legacy from a third party. Within 5 days, I had several warning lights flash on my dash. Of course I was in a panic! I called and s I purchased a 2016 Legacy from a third party. Within 5 days, I had several warning lights flash on my dash. Of course I was in a panic! I called and spoke with Brain and he helped calm me down. They were able to look at the car the very next day. It appears that it was an issue with a device that I had installed in my OBD port. Brian did a great job explaining things to me and made sure he gained a customer for life! More

not bad, but not consistent The service tech was nice enough, but on my last visit I was told that there was a 6k mile differential between oil changes, and for this visit it cha The service tech was nice enough, but on my last visit I was told that there was a 6k mile differential between oil changes, and for this visit it changed to 5k on what felt like the whim of the tech. There was no historical data available as to whether my vehicle was filled with synthetic oil or conventional last time. I have exclusively used Subaru service for all of my oil changes to date (either at this service center or at dealerships in California), so this information should be readily available to the service tech. Also, a little too much upselling for my liking. More
