Almost perfect 18000 mile service was great. Free car wash was a “wash”. Car delivered without requested complimentary car wash, service advisor took car back to ge 18000 mile service was great. Factory recall All the people I dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable. There were a few problems with getting the loaner car partially because I did not have my All the people I dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable. There were a few problems with getting the loaner car partially because I did not have my license with me. Although I had a scanned copy with me that I think should have been fine. It was acceptable it to buy a house. The other issue was that it wasn't exactly explained to me that I was going to be charged for a oil filter. I had recently changed my oil and I am well aware you don't have to change the oil filter every time you change the oil. It is recommended. This could have been articulated much better. More
