Wait time When my son called about a recall a few weeks ago he was told that it wouldn’t be until middle me that he could bring it in. When I called and talked to Christy I was told it would only take about 20 minutes and we could bring it in whenever. When my son brought it in this past Tuesday , he was told it would take 20 minutes to do what had to be done ! After 45 minutes he was still waiting . No one ever told him what his car was done until The person who checked him in saw him still sitting there after an hour and 15 min. More
