I was very pleased we did everything on line, l had a car picked out and it wasn't in so I wanted which I was pretty excited! My car arrived it was 2 weeks earlier than expected, unfortunately I couldn' car picked out and it wasn't in so I wanted which I was pretty excited! My car arrived it was 2 weeks earlier than expected, unfortunately I couldn't go right then to finish the purchase. My husband and I were dealing with health issues and scheduling at that time. To make this shorter.... I received a last email very concerning about how I was inconveniencing them and that I was also causing their stock to be off. It was not a very nice text. I declined the car and apologized for the inconvenience. 2 weeks ago..... my 1000.00 deposit has not been returned, and I have tried several times by phone and am always transferred to someone who doesn't answer. Very upsetting More

I really appreciated how she took the time to guide me through the process, like managing expectations with troubleshooting an intermittent issue I was experiencing, keeping me in the loop with updates, and going over what maintenance was done and plan for future maintenance visits. I'm also impressed about how the staff checked in for feedback and if there was anything that could be done better to improve my experience. Everything was great! Keep up the awesome work! :) 10 out of 10 would recommend and look forward to my next maintenance check in! More

I have been fortunate, for the most part, in having great service from this deslership. Only one negative service rep... and I'm sure he doesn't realize how he comes off... such as telling me the feature service from this deslership.
