They did a radio software update for me on my previous visit so I was disappointed that they weren't able to do the software update since I don't relish sitting in my idling car while updating software for who knows how long. Regardless, they did the routine maintenance and installed a new module for the lift gate in less than the estimated time. More

This was the second time that I needed to have warranty work done on our car. Just as before the service department was great.
