Excellent customer service. Jeff was my vehicle advisor. My vehicle needed a significant amount of work done on this last visit. Hudiburg made sure to get me a loaner vehicle. When I wasn’t able to pick my My vehicle needed a significant amount of work done on this last visit. Hudiburg made sure to get me a loaner vehicle. When I wasn’t able to pick my car up the day it was finished, they assured me I could return the loaner the next day and pick my vehicle up at no extra cost. The employee who set up the loaner for us was very gracious when letting me know my insurance card was out of date and waited patiently for us to forward the current insurance to her electronically. The service department was clean, as always! More

No one at the dealership notified me of the upgrade and it was only through my searching for a remedy to the problem that I found that there was an upgrade available. I informed the dealer of the upgrade. The dealer should have been made aware of the upgrade and notified me. In this case I can't really blame Hudiburg for it was Subaru's responsibility. More
