Took our Outback in for intermittent problem that has been hard to duplicate when needed and he explained that it would have to be observed before they could order parts. Also apologized and explained warranty procedures pertaining to this. After this I explained I was aware of how warranty works due to my past job, he laughed and said most people don’t understand. After letting me speak to mechanic we did get the problem to duplicate and parts were them ordered. By the book good service. More
