Experience was good. Came in for problem we were not aware of that wasn't really a problem. Had oil changed and air filter replaced. I think the person that kept me informed was Kai. She was very professional and was good at her job. I was service advisor and assist service Mgt for a Honda dealership for 22 years and she would have been someone that was a great asset to a company. When she called and let me know about the car she spoke to me, not at me like a lot of advisers do. Do not have the young lady's name that helped my wife with a loaner, but my wife said she very very polite and knew her job very well too. Overall the whole experience was good again as it has been every time we have had to have something done. More
