Head unit randomly freezes, arbitrarily adjust temperature in full auto climate control, radio quits, etc. They loaded software update. It didn't fix the problems. I guess the plan is for it to completely fail. Then replace. If this hasn't happened before the car goes out of warranty I'll buy something different. More

Got ,my oil changed and tires rotated. I was not happy because I forgot to bring a coupon that would have given me a $20 credit. I called after I got home and they said they could not chang I was not happy because I forgot to bring a coupon that would have given me a $20 credit. I called after I got home and they said they could not change the invoice , which we all know is bunk. They did give me a $10 credit but I had to ask for that. I am used to a Nissan dealership where they have all your info. Also the person that waited on me told me that the service would be free as I was under a warranty. I didn’t think this was right but I didn’t know if something had changed or somebody had previously told me wrong or my husband may have possibly bought the warranty. Nevertheless he had to come back later and tell me that the charge would be around $100. More
I took car to be fixed. Not fixed! Disappointed and now a hassle! Service employee Jeff was nice. He went on vacation the day after I brought car home. It is difficult for me to get my car to repair shop due to work schedule. I spent 1372.00 to fix car and it still does not run properly. Still making a roaring noise. That is a lot of money to pay for not fixing the problem I explained to the service person. I was told that the noise would be fixed if the computer part that was ordered and replaced on car and it wasn’t fixed. The service department should have checked their work by driving the car to know if it had truly been fixed before calling customers to pick up car. More
