This is the second time I have made an appt for service (once before for tires and this time for recall) and both times I was made to wait for people that showed up before me. Not sure why you take appts i (once before for tires and this time for recall) and both times I was made to wait for people that showed up before me. Not sure why you take appts if you allow people to show up without one and take care of them before those with appts. My recall was supposed to take 1 and 1/2 hours to fix which I planned for - but was told upon arrival that those who showed up before me would make my wait almost three hours. We were offered a loaner of which we said no as we have done that before and been charged for a scratch so we will never do that again. Luckily the car was done sooner than three hours but I should not have been made to wait for the other car who did not have an appointment. More
