I really appreciated it! Jacob topped my experience off with placing a bow on my vehicle because it was my birthday! He made sure I had my car app setup and I knew how to use the features in my vehicle before leaving the lot! 10 out of 10 experience! They checked on my car several times. Not knowing what was wrong and how long it would take to fix it. After I found out it would take 3 hours. I opted to be taken some place else.
