My visit to this car dealership left me thoroughly dissatisfied. The saleswoman, Jacalyn, exhibited a fake attitude that was both off-putting and insincere. Almost every question I posed was met with an unhelpful "I'm not sure," leaving me frustrated and without the information I needed. Upon pulling into the dealership, I was met with an excessive number of salespeople outside. I immediately felt like bait, setting a negative tone for the entire experience. The situation reached its peak when dealing with the manager, Jacob. His rude behavior, coupled with a condescending look on his face, made me feel undervalued and not taken seriously. His relentless pressure tactics were the final straw, prompting me to walk out. With a saleswoman lacking knowledge and sincerity, an overwhelming number of salespeople outside, and a manager whose rudeness was intolerable, I have no intention of ever returning to this dealership. I strongly advise others to seek alternative options for their car-buying needs to avoid a similarly unpleasant encounter. More
