I was not happy to drive to the location at 240 and Shields to find that it was closed and that I had not been notified and now I have to make a longer trip for services. The strange thing that happen Shields to find that it was closed and that I had not been notified and now I have to make a longer trip for services. The strange thing that happened to me was when I drove up to the service bay and the tech came out and asked how he could help and I said that I needed a battery replaced and he found out that I didn’t have an appointment, he left me and asked the man that had drove up after me if he needed help and obviously made an appointment. I had called before driving out there to make sure that there was a battery in stock and was not told that I needed an appointment. I stood outside of my vehicle for 10-15 minutes before another tech named, Pete asked if I had been helped and I told him what had happened and he told me that as soon as he was finished with the other customer, he would be out. Pete apologized and stated that he thought that I had been helped as another tech had went out to me when I drove up and I replied that they had but left me for another customer. I feel that that is extremely poor customer service as : 1) if you want every to have appointments then I should have been told that when I called to ask if the battery was in stock; 2) an employee purposely left me standing out on the garage when another customer drove in after me to attend to them so I am assuming their money is worth more than mine to your business. On the other other hand, I did mention to Pete that I recognized him from the 240 & Shields location and he seriously went beyond to check the history of maintenance of my vehicle as it is serviced in The Tulsa area also. I can say that if I had been treated by Pete like I was by the first gentleman that I would not use your establishment in the future. Thank you. More
