I took my car to get an oil change and the service advisors and staff were super nice and helpful. They found some issues and I had to leave my car at the dealership, but the process was seamless and advisors and staff were super nice and helpful. They found some issues and I had to leave my car at the dealership, but the process was seamless and quick. It was the best experience I've had at a dealership. We purchased a used vehicle from Cavender Subaru of Norman this week. I must say this was the best car-buying experience my wife and I ever had. From the initial greeting to out the door with keys this Norman this week. I must say this was the best car-buying experience my wife and I ever had. From the initial greeting to out the door with keys this experience was top marks. Clean, comfortable, no pressure trade-in and finance. For the Finance team, they put the work in to get us an unbelievable APR% they were very straightforward and to the point on warranty needs. At no time did we feel like unneeded warranties were being pushed on us, explaining thoroughly and thoughtfully on what is really needed. This Cavender Group is now our car people. More

I was having issues with my outback wilderness, and my super dealership (not to be named) did not seem to have any interest in helping me find a solution.
