Louse customer service I bought a certified pre-owned Xterra from them. Within a week the check engine light came on. I immediately took the vehicle back to the dealer and w I bought a certified pre-owned Xterra from them. Within a week the check engine light came on. I immediately took the vehicle back to the dealer and was told they would have to keep it for several days. I asked about a loaner vehicle and was told they couldn't do that. Ultimately they scheduled me to bring it in 2 weeks later (day before I was to leave on vacation) with no guarantee it would be looked at that day. More

Oil change/Tire rotation Had an appointment for an oil change at 8:00am. I also had a tire rotation too. I was in and out in 45min. Way better experience then the first time without an appointment. I waited nearly 3 hours and the service ppl left grease marks on my hood, steering wheel and inside door. Tim was awesome though and took care of me. I drove from Pflugerville because I like this dealership better then Round Rock. Long drive, but service worth it! KUDOS TO TIM AND HIS TEAM! Thanks! GREAT SERVICE I went in for an oil change & didn't have a reservation but did call ahead. Ray said he could get me in at 2, I got there a little after 12 & expected to wait for a couple of hours. They got me out of there before 1, car washed, tire rotation too. The staff there goes the extra mile for their customers & I will continue to drive the 90 miles round trip for service . My next vehicle will come from there I'm sure. Sincerely Wilson Brown More
