It was super easy to buy the car, my sales rep was awesome. The car was deliver to my house. My issue is the car has 7800+ miles on it an the odometer statement I was given to sign matched the onlin awesome. The car was deliver to my house. My issue is the car has 7800+ miles on it an the odometer statement I was given to sign matched the online ad miles so I never questioned it. The Ad says it has 6100 miles on it. It is one thing to have a few more. To have 30% more miles than advertised is a bit rediculous. I unfortunately did all the paperwork before and it was delivered so I was unaware of the additional miles until I drove it later in the day after it was dropped off. I would have scored the dealer rating much lower but did not want it to impact my sales rep. The miles are an issue and I know when they were doing the paperwork they were handing off my file in finance but when they were going through it with me, first they did not add the trade, then the trade was valued wrong and I had to keep correcting things, then I was to get wire transfer information the night before delivery. It never came, then on the delivery day after the sales rep calling someone and waiting for it for a bit, I just wrote a check and gave it to them at delivery. They called and asked someone else for the transfer info, she could not provide it. She was on speaker, I told her I just write a check. She seemed taken aback and told them to call someone to see if it was okay. I get it that she was put in the middle of something she was unaware of but the correct words should have been - I am sorry they can't get that information for you, a check will be fine for now and we will reach out if needed. Worst DEALERSHIP & buying experience ever. I usually do not write a bad review, but this is an exception. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. The issues start I usually do not write a bad review, but this is an exception. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. The issues started from day one when I purchased a vehicle in mid-August. It's now late October, and I still haven't received the tags for my vehicle. They initially claimed that the tags were on their way, but it's clear they were not telling the truth. My tags expired at the end of August, putting me in a difficult situation. The problems didn't end there. I was told that a service would be performed on the vehicle when I purchased it before I picked it up, but when I arrived, the service hadn't been done. I was asked come back at a later date so they can perform the service. We were asked to leave the vehicle with them for a few days, and they promised to make things right. However, when I returned, it was clear that they did not do the service. To make matters worse, they gave me another customer's paperwork with their personal information, which is a serious breach of privacy and claiming the service was complete and obviously it had not. They asked me to leave the vehicle with them again, and promised to deliver it to my house as a gesture of goodwill since the dealership is an hour away. However, this offer turned out to be empty, as my vehicle issues were half addressed and not properly serviced, and I haven't received my tags as of today, October 27, 2023. Even more concerning is the fact that I'm still receiving texts about a vehicle I don't even own, and it's clear they have no idea about the details of the vehicle I purchased. In summary, my experience with this dealership has been riddled with issues, from bad customer service to false promises and mistakes with paperwork. I would strongly advise potential customers to be cautious and consider alternative options before dealing with this dealership. I am in constant contact with mangers, sales directors with claims they will get it handled. I am assuming that they went to vista print and just made themselves some cards with good titles. We now are speaking with a lawyer just to get some plates. STAY AWAY. Remember the liars are the management. Here are some names we have delt with Isaac, Vicky and the new all improved Delano Palmer General Manager. This guy contacted me at the beginning of the week again with empty promises. Please note the Bobby Cavender, Billy Cavender, WB Cavender are the President /owners and could careless either. I'm assuming to these guys it would be like complaining to ATT! I will post a bad review every day from here moving forward on every possible site until they take my vehicle back that I am not legally allowed to drive or rectify. More
