Know what you want when you go to shop I knew what I wanted in an online ad for a specific car. I had my list of must haves and happen to find a car with all these features & very low milea I knew what I wanted in an online ad for a specific car. You don't come across cars that have everything you want without having to pay extra to have them added on with your purchase. Totally amazed on that part. He is great to work with; no high-pressure sales, just friendly and knowledgeable. When I told him I only wanted to test drive a couple of vehicles he didn't try to convince me to buy a car that day. I visited a few other dealerships and returned to Reynolds Ford because I was treated with respect and helpfulness from everyone I interacted with the first time I visited. When I returned a few days later, Kelly patiently helped me find the right vehicle for my needs. I also spent much less time in purchasing and financing the vehicle than ever before. Kyle was helpful and answered the questions we had, we ended leaving this day, not sure if we could fit cost into our budget. Wednesday of that same week my husband found a Ford Escape on line at Reynolds dealer ship. My husband called Kyle and he located the car on the lot and had it ready for us to look at and drive. Kyle was excellent in the way he handle the sale of this Escape. I personally don't give an "excellent" rating, but this salesman was professionl and I felt he went above and beyond to help us pick the right car for us. All staff we met was very helpful and friendly and worked together as a team to help with our purchase. Thank you Reynolds Ford to all your staff members. More
