I am at a loss for words to learn of the past experiences you described that occurred with both our sales and service personnel. I'm sorry to learn of the difficulty you have experienced. We do value you and your business and apologize for any inconveniences. I have looked into the details of your recent purchase. On the missing headrest, when we took the vehicle in, it did not have a headrest and when it was sold, the salesman explained that it did not have one. Also on only one keyless remote fob available, only one was available when we acquired the vehicle. As you know, we are not a Mazda franchised dealer and as such, do not have the ability to program factory key fobs. You will need to take the vehicle and both sets of keyless fobs to a Mazda dealership. Thank you for your business and again, please accept our apology. No the salesman, Josh, never told me there was only one key fob until delivery. I come from the day when the customer read always right. I'm a retired minister and missionary of almost 20 years in Southern Africa. Why would I lie,? On the other hand, the only one that had anything to gain who might get a reprimand for lying to a customer is your salesman. That's why he refused to take it to you because he knew that he had not told the truth. I bought a Kia from you years ago and trusted you but this is the last vehicle I'll buy from you.

Patrick, I’m sorry to learn of your recent experience. Our employees at all levels take great pride in serving our customers and providing the level of service they expect and deserve. I appreciate your feedback. I have looked into the events of your recent visit and purchase. I understand initially in the sales process, our salesman incorrectly stated to you that the tinting, active exhaust and B&O Sound system were included in the price quoted you. However, the error was caught by sales management and this was conveyed to you. You were informed that you could switch to a different vehicle that had the Active Exhaust and B&O Sound system and that if this is what you desired, the price of the vehicle would be higher to reflect these options. However, because our salesman spoke incorrectly, if you still wanted the original vehicle, we would be willing to discount the price by $1,500. The only thing that would be included in the original price would be the window tinting. If you wanted the black roof wrap, there would be a charge of this and the price was quoted to you. The salesman assured me that he informed you that the wrap price was not included in the vehicle price. Again, we apologize for the confusion. We appreciate your business and value you as a customer.
