There was no pushing from the financial person (Mark). Mack made the adventure a joy. In fact, everyone we talked to while deciding on the car kept asking if this was what we wanted and would it work for us. That includes the finances. I appreciate the fact that they have invited me to call or come in if I have any questions about my new Escape. They appear interested that I enjoy it and use it to the fullest. My husband will go back when the 2015 F150s come in we are that pleased. More

Great experience in purchasing a vehicle. No pressure!
