Buying a new Truck I went in for a oil change and left with a new Truck. This is the second truck I have pruchased from Reynolds Ford in Edmond. Brian Burris was my salemen on my last experience I had one request, give me your best deal first time and thats what Brian did there was no back-and-forth with the manager, I will have to say this was my best experience ever but I also want to say thanks to Forest Rieny the maintenance manager and Kevin Zabloudil my maintenance rep for introducing me to Brian thanks everyone for the greatest experience ever. The car I chose wasn't even the original car he had ready for me to drive. He worked with me on my trade and to get the price/payment where I wanted it. Shane in the business office made me comfortable with the additional features I chose and their price. Overall, a very positive and easy experience. Will shop again! More

I have personally purchased over 10 of these vehicles and the experience I had with Jordan and Reynolds Ford of OKC was above average.... by a lot! I found the vehicle on a listing site, called in and spoke with someone that transferred me to Jordan. I am not your normal customer (out of state, tons of online research, ready to buy the vehicle I need when I find it) and needed to verify the vehicle condition, within an hour I had photos texted to me (brand new listing on their site) and a follow up call. I bought the 2012 van with 17K miles over the phone within two hours, Jordan was not entirely sure how we needed to do this but he talked to some folks and had everything squared away in little time. I needed to fly in, pick up the car, and drive back to Colorado. Jordan actually offered to personally pick me up in the van at 11:30PM that Saturday night, drive me a couple of miles to the hotel I was staying in, have me sign a couple of documents and I was done! This guy is great, I had zero of the normal used car BS I have experienced on other lots. I don't normally write reviews but I will honestly attempt to buy another car from him just because of his approach. I had a text message making sure the road trip was fine and honestly just really enjoyed this level of good service and no BS. Thank you Jordan, you will do well if you keep this up! More
