Horrible customer service in service center. I’ve been in the dark about my vehicle I had dropped off for the second time for same issue. It’s been 1 week now. I NEED to call and call to get same response of, “it’s being diagnosed now”, about vehicle. By either my service advisor Richard or by some other person because he refuses to communicate with me after my many attempts to get updates. More

The service department did a great job! The service rep Richard did a very good job finding the main mechanical problems and negotiating with the extended warranty insurance company. Richard did his job. Not happy with how long the wait time was. Appointment was at 9am and vehicle didn't go in the bay until 10:30. Excellent service on my wife's Equinox. Only issue is that I was not texted when her car was ready. No telling how long I sat in the waiting room before I went to check on it.
