Once again Terry Shaw hit it out of the park for me, had my 2019 Silverado towed in for a water pump issue on Wednesday morning with no appointment and so I fully expected it to be next week as I know how b my 2019 Silverado towed in for a water pump issue on Wednesday morning with no appointment and so I fully expected it to be next week as I know how busy yall are, well I check in Thursday evening and Terry tells me it'll be ready in the morning that he had to order a part and have it overnighted, well Friday morning 715am I get a call my truck was ready, turns out the Tech ran to San Antonio and got the part Thursday evening and stayed late to get it finished...you just don't see that kind of workmanship and job dedication these days...kudos to Terry and whichever Tech it was...
