The service man, Carlos, does a very good job. I was NOT happy with two items. 1. I had a discount card that based on amount spent should give me $125.00 off. They attempted to give me only $75. They attempted to give me only $75.00 off and because, they said it doesn’t cover misc. materials. B.S..AFTER I COMPLAINED, they gave me the correct discount. 2. Prior to paying the bill, I was not advised there was a3% charge for using a credit card. I have bought several cars from Cavender and was extremely disappointed in their attempts to nickel and dime me. My next purchase will must likely NOT be at Cavender. More
