My vehicle was taken into the shop and about one and half hours it was finisher and washed. The problem I had was the life time oil change for veterans. I was promised by the sale lady that I would have m hours it was finisher and washed. The problem I had was the life time oil change for veterans. I was promised by the sale lady that I would have my oil change for life but I had to take it where I bought it which I did. I wasn’t charged this time because of Raymond said I’ll won’t charge you this time but get in touch with the sales manager and get it resolved. I will work on it before my next oil change. More
