My experience was very unexpected coming from a well established business in San Antonio. Master mechanic found all 4 shocks worn and alignment needed which I already knew that was the issue on my truck established business in San Antonio. Master mechanic found all 4 shocks worn and alignment needed which I already knew that was the issue on my truck. Dealer and warranty company took 2 weeks to fix my issue with a $1200 bill when I was originally quoted $410 total out of pocket before the issue was repaired. After 3 weeks of attempting to speak with Service director, I'm still out of over $700 that I paid to get my truck back. My truck runs "like a Cadillac" now, but this business should honor their integrity and their commitment to treat customers with honesty. I can say, that they have lost a 6yr loyal customer for 700 dollars. More

Took car in for service and was not fixed again when I picked it up. Every time we have service done there they have no communication for weeks and we get the car back it’s still broken. We have had a cer picked it up. Every time we have service done there they have no communication for weeks and we get the car back it’s still broken. We have had a certified car we bought from this dealership a year and a half ago and it has been in their shop almost 7 months now. Don’t trust their certified car program seem like they don’t check anything. More

I purchased a Cadillac for the first time on November of 2022 since I’ve had vehicle it’s been problematic first was the cooling fan by the motor next was the fan blower inside the car then I’ve had issues 2022 since I’ve had vehicle it’s been problematic first was the cooling fan by the motor next was the fan blower inside the car then I’ve had issues with a tire the first time I took it in for the tire losing air pressure they told me I needed a new tire so i purchased one under duress the issue kept happening and I took it back a few more times most recently bout a month ago where the service advisor Carlos assured me there was nothing wrong with the tire or the rim he kept the car 5 days over the weekend then this morning I had it towed in bc of air pressure and within an hour Carlos called me and said I need a new rim And tire well I’m not going that route this car is a lemon I even got my Nieghbor to buy a Cadillac and his car already blew the turbo I can’t believe that a prestige make like Cadillac produces a xxx I I’ve a 15k vw jetta i bout new in 2019 that has not once been at the dealership for other then regular maintenance I will never buy a Cadillac especially from this dealership! More
