Located originally at 317 Lexington Ave. , the dealership moved to its present location in 1997. It is only fitting, since the present location on Broadway, was the original site of the beginning of the growth of the Cavender brand in South Texas.
Started by James M. Cavender, and his twin sons, Jimmy and Billy, the dealerships are now moving into the 3rd generation of Cavenders.

He truly focused on understanding what we were looking for and at the price point we felt comfortable with. Showing us five wonderful Certified Pre-Owned Escalades and quickly getting us in the seats for test driving, he paid great respect for our time, provided solid answers to all our questions, concerns and was extensively respectful during our entire visit. Carlos in the service dept. kept up to speed in regards to my repairs and was even able to find me a difficult part to replace in another state. Carlos also ensured that any rep kept up to speed in regards to my repairs and was even able to find me a difficult part to replace in another state.
