DISAPPOINTED! !! I purchased a vehicle from Cavendar Cadillac a few months ago and part of the agreement was for them to fix quite a few paint chips (on car and rim !! I purchased a vehicle from Cavendar Cadillac a few months ago and part of the agreement was for them to fix quite a few paint chips (on car and rims). We negotiated on whether to lower the price or have them fix the paint chips. We agreed that would fix them. I dropped my car off on 3 different occasions and after each pickup the painter MISSED spots that needed painted and had the audacity to tell the sales person that I needed to drop the car off washed and fully detailed so that he could see the chips! NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY! After each complaint it would take a WEEK or more for the sales person to call me back to bring it BACK in! I recently had to leave the country for work (Military) and was hoping to have a call from the sales person for me to drop it off!! NOT SURPRISED, he hasn't called me back as PROMISED!!! This is the worst service I have experienced! Apology after apology, we will get this taken care of for you, and yet still hasn't fulfilled their promise/agreement!! Total disregard from the sales rep and its been over 2 months! OH AND BY THE WAY, THE PAINT CORRECTIONS ARE HORRIBLE!!!! I thought very highly of this dealership/group but that has drastically changed! More
The service Department is horrible. This isn't the first time I have had issues with the service department. My vehicle has been there for twelve days as of today, 12/13. My car was towed to the dealership on 12/1 because the brakes went out on the highway in a construction area the previous night. Thankfully, I was able to get my car to a safe place. As of today, no accommodations has been made for a loaner or a rental. Being without a vehicle has been stressful, since I work out of town. Today, I had to ask about a vehicle replacement due to the service department not offering a solution. This vehicle is sentimental because this car was gifted to me by my late father. The culture within the service department needs to improve and focus on customer service. I have taken my car for service in the DFW area and the service there is top tier and I was never not offered a loaner vehicle or rental while my car was being service longer than what was expected. For a luxury brand I expect more and they have failed completely! More
Service always efficient and reliable. Carlos keeps me advised of the time and cost. Time usually long and cost high but that has to be expected with a 2006 model even with low miles. The remodeling of the dealership has been very hard to get your car fixed. If you complain non NON of the managers are ever available or will call back. Not the service manager or the general manager. Now get your car fixed. If you complain non NON of the managers are ever available or will call back. Not the service manager or the general manager. Now you can’t even call the service department. When you call Cavender Cadillac service department you are sent to a call center. What a joke. Made an appointment with them and requested a loaner car. When I arrived no loaner. When it takes 8 months to get a windshield bezel replaced and then it is installed incorrectly you have serious problems. If Mr. Cavender does not care his managers don’t care if managers don’t care nobody cares. This is my second and probably last Cadillac from Cavender. More
Cavender Cadillac on 1604 is the best. Every time I take my car the people there are so nice and welcoming. I always feel taken care of and greatly appreciate the kindness.
