Missed major steps on what service was to be performed on my Cadillac. I was overcharged and a service was done that I didn’t request. I ask specifically for 2 services, wasn’t able to see the computer ser my Cadillac. I was overcharged and a service was done that I didn’t request. I ask specifically for 2 services, wasn’t able to see the computer service consultant was looking at. Next thing I knew a tablet was presented, and I signed it. When I received the completed detailed list of services performed, a third item was added, something I never had done before, as this was my 3rd service on my Cadillac. This was totally unexpected, and unacceptable, but it was stated, that’s what was agreed upon. Fast talking and not going into details is a horrible experience, as I’m a 2 time owner of a Cadillac.
