The service man, Carlos, does a very good job. I was NOT happy with two items. 1. I had a discount card that based on amount spent should give me $125.00 off. They attempted to give me only $75. They attempted to give me only $75.00 off and because, they said it doesn’t cover misc. materials. B.S..AFTER I COMPLAINED, they gave me the correct discount. 2. Prior to paying the bill, I was not advised there was a3% charge for using a credit card. I have bought several cars from Cavender and was extremely disappointed in their attempts to nickel and dime me. My next purchase will must likely NOT be at Cavender. More
Anthony was amazing, and made sure what I was looking for in a new vehicle was his top priority. The dealership had a nice no pressure feel, and everyone I met just added to that experience. Sales experience was the best. First service came early due to striking a large chuckhole on the interstate that knocked tires out of balance and produced an annoying rattle. The road hazard warranty doesn’t cover balancing after striking a road hazard; disappointment #2. Disappointment number one was not being offered a loaner as I had received on every visit to the dealer I previously used. They did take my car in right away and my valuable time was minimized for the diagnosis. Read the limitations on the side warranties in the business office. More
Overall buying experience was good. However, we were told the vehicle was detailed, but when a detail shop in the area worked on it, they were mortified on how dirty the vehicle was.
