As requested, I called the number provided on Friday 9/18 but was sent to an AI system voice mail. I left a text message asking for the service director to call me when available got no response. I also responded privately to the above message in this system asking for the service director to call me got no response. I called again on Monday 9/21 again was sent to an AI system voice mail, left a voice mail asking to be called back got no response. Although the service director expressed concern in his response the lack of communication appears to show that a "valued customer" doesn't rate a call back. I wonder what the Cavender Family (owners) would think of the disrespect shown to a "valued customer"

Another great response, I am not putting my name and number out to the public on this website. As I said on 9/22, I responded privately to the first response by Greg Williams with my name and number. I also called the dealership twice and left my name and number on voice mail and the system sent me a text so I would assume you know my name and number.
