I contacted a local Kia dealer in Little Rock. after filling out my credit app on line and setting a time to pick up my car, I was notified that the car I was in the process of buying was just sold. BAD Business. I then called a Kia dealership in Jacksonville told him what happened and that I needed this done now. He told me there was the car I was looking at on another lot and he would get it transferred and call me back. 8 hours later I called and he said oh I was busy and didn’t get a chance to call the other dealership. BAD business. Frustrated and running out of time I found the model on a lot 1 and 1/2 hours from me. I called Cavenaugh Kia in Jonesboro and explained to the salesman Garrett what had happened, he apologized and said I got you. Less than 20 hours later I drove to Jonesboro and picked up my car. THANK YOU to the staff at Cavenaugh for providing perfect customer service. Buying a car is never pleasant but they made it easy. You saved me and my Marine!! More

Best small town dealership I have come across in years! They took great care with my daughter who decided she wanted to become a full adult by purchasing a car. My daughter didn’t feel like they were going to take advantage of her less than par car buying short comings. The salesman was excellent and the finance manager also. Even after my daughter noticed the tint had a slight rip from the other dealership tinting the window over their sticker Cavenaugh got back with my daughter within minutes to rectify the problem. I would say this dealership has a big heart for their customers to be so small. Will we buy from Cavenaugh in the future? Absolutely! More
