I went in for a scheduled appointment for the following maintenance. Oil change and tire rotation, windshield wipers replacement, brake concern and an alignment. I was told my tires couldn’t not be rotated maintenance. Oil change and tire rotation, windshield wipers replacement, brake concern and an alignment. I was told my tires couldn’t not be rotated and the alignment couldn’t be done do to some issue with the part of my suv that supports my back tires being lose and needs to replaced. The service lady never really explained the whole issue to me, or gave me a quote on the work that needed to be done . The service department could not move forward with my tire rotation and alignment. I told the service department lady I have an extended warranty on my vehicle that should cover the work and I wanted to use it. I gave her all the information needed to make a claim with them for the work. She was unsuccessful with getting it taken care off while I was at the dealership. I was sent home still not understanding the problem with my suv or quote for the work still needing to be done. The service agent said she would take a pic of my warranty card and she would continue to call them about the claim. Then the service agent stated she would give me a call with in the next few business days. I left the dealership with only a oil change, filter replacement and wiper blades being done. I asked tire rotation, alignment and brake concern that was never addressed!!! I had to call the dealership myself 3 times on 3 different days to get the information I needed about what was wrong with my vehicle and what the next steps would be to take care of it. Then I was told to go back to the dealership I bought my warranty from and let them handle it by a higher up man in the service department. I do not recommend anyone get any services or maintenance provided by this dealership!!! I wouldn’t even buy a vehicle from them!!! Awful customer service!!! More
