In and out quickly today June 29, 2020, for repairing trouble with warning light. Carlos Vidal was the service advisor. Very thorough in his explanation of the service needed. However, on the way home the same warning light began blinking again. I called Carlos and he was exceedingly polite and said I should bring my car in at my earliest convenience and the service would look at it again without an appointment. More

Multiple Runs of My Credit I was rejected by Ford Credit and informed Cavenaugh Ford of this. I was told to let them try from their end with Ford. I was asked if they could ru I was rejected by Ford Credit and informed Cavenaugh Ford of this. I was told to let them try from their end with Ford. I was asked if they could run my credit and I specifically stated, Yes, but run it ONLY through Ford. I immediately started getting hits all over the place on my credit report; Ally, Bank of America, Chase, TD, and several others. I texted them and asked why there were doing this when I ask them not to...and they stated they were not doing it. I then started getting the letters with, you guessed it, Cavenaugh Ford all over the letters from Ally, etc. My credit score dropped 8 points and now when I try to get a loan anywhere, it states...you guessed it again...Too Many Hard Inquires... Do NOT trust these folks. Do your OWN financing with your bank another online bank, but do not..repeat DO NOT trust these folks with not ruining your credit. I will never even visit their website again. More
