Everyone is very nice and seen happy each time I have used your shop. I would like to say the first time I had an issue there I was told I needed a new car battery I let them put on a new one . Terrible experience. The gist, they deeply scratched two of the wheels on my dually and sold me “brand new” tires that were over a year and a half old. Prior to servic The gist, they deeply scratched two of the wheels on my dually and sold me “brand new” tires that were over a year and a half old. Prior to service, as always, I had the rep do a pre-inspection of the truck so he can see there’s no scratches or dents. Then I left it with them only to get it back with scratches in my nice dually wheels. I showed the rep and he got the service manager who was extremely rude and hostile. I told him about the tires. He said, “We got the tires from somewhere else.” You don’t want to hear my response, though I said, “I can live with it, but not the damaged wheels.” He said, “It’s nothing we touched.” I couldn’t believe it, nothing was this guys fault. I got the store manager involved who helped de-escalate the situation, but only offered to polish the wheels. That would only cause the rims to oxidize later, leaving the scratches, and making them look worse. I told him, “Let’s meet half way, I’ll eat one wheel and you replace one.” He wouldn’t do it. I asked to talk to the owner, but two weeks later, he hasn’t called back, hence the review. If you care about your vehicle, don’t take it to this dealer. More
