One call to CNChevy and Tony set us up with several options that were available ASAP. He made the entire process a breeze on such last minute circumstances. Mike was also very knowledgeable and made sure we knew how every feature worked and that we were comfortable before leaving. We will certainly be back, and refer our family and friend as well! More

Cavallaro-Neubauer Chevrolet is one of the most unethical car dealers in Rochester, New York. I regret not purchasing the vehicle from Van Bortel Chevrolet, considering the first-hand experience of buying se car dealers in Rochester, New York. I regret not purchasing the vehicle from Van Bortel Chevrolet, considering the first-hand experience of buying several vehicles from their multiple dealerships. I purchased a Ford Explorer from their Ford store and had some issues with the vehicle. Kitty Van Bortel offered to return the truck and replace it with a different model. She was under no legal obligation to replace the vehicle. You're not going to have that kind of service from Cavallaro- Neubauer Chevrolet. The lack of professionalism and outright misinformation from Michael Cavallaro speaks volumes of his lack of ethics. I assumed Michael Cavallaro was a principal in a family-run business and would deliver on his promise as an owner. Michael Cavallaro offered me a $2000 discount on a C8 Corvette. I specifically asked him if he had an allocation and could guarantee delivery in 2020, which his response was no problem. I put in a $1000 deposit in the fall of 2019. About six months later, in 2020, he cancels my order because he did not have an allocation to deliver the car as promised. I called General Motors, and they informed me that they recommended purchasing a 2022 C8 Corvette because of the ongoing Pandemic, manufacturing delays, and semiconductor shortages. I waited three years for this vehicle, and Michael Cavallaro now refuses to honor the price he gave me. I did not complain once during this process and feel the lack of business ethics from this dealership to be unacceptable. The complaint is accurate in all aspects based on facts: Michael Cavallaro canceled my 2020 Corvette based on allocation after taking my deposit (2019 ) on the vehicle and assuring delivery in 2020. Do you usually take deposits on vehicles and not deliver the car? Cavallaro-Neubauer Chevrolet's problem, in summary, is that they are a small dealer with minimal Corvettes available for ordering compared to the other dealers. Michael Cavallaro mentioned is allocation was 12 cars and specifically said my car was within their allocation. I think Van Bortel Chevrolet had more than 100 C8 Corvettes allocated for 2020. For example, Kerbeck Corvette allocation was more than 700 C8 Corvettes last year. Your comment regarding the semiconductor shortage is relevant in 2021 but was not a factor in 2020; therefore, there was no excuse for not delivering the car other than misrepresenting the number of vehicles you had available to order. You conveniently forgot a characteristic of your organization that the vehicle you offered was someone else's order. The car was a completely different configuration than what I ordered. The car was a Shadow gray color with black wheels, and mine was Arctic white and chrome wheels. It's unbelievable that you expected me to take another person's order. There is your company again misrepresenting the facts. Facts don't lie; you do. You must be a complete idiot to assume my point was to compare the purchase of a Corvette versus a Ford Explorer. The Ford Explorer reference was nothing more than an example of a dealer who values its customers and puts customers satisfaction above profit. Something you obviously do not understand. I'm wondering, have you ever taken back a car in your business because the customer was unhappy? I assumed Michael Cavallaro was the owner's son or relative, considering his last name is in your brand. I asked Michael Cavallaro if it is a family business, and he said yes. I find it interesting that you act like I had issues before this complaint. I've been very patient with your company and thought it was unethical to change the terms of the deal because of your problems. More
