Never buy here!! I repeat never.. they will sell you anything just so they do not have to fix the car purchased from there lot! They lie to get a dollar instead of being honest. Told me something was broke on my car that was in fact-checked the day prior with results already given only so they try and sell me another car and I only had this one for maybe 2 years. This company needs to be honest I don’t believe them and would not spend another dollar. The service department does not even know what is going on one person calls than another calls to say the opposite. Then the sales people call and act as if the are service members lying about car parts they can’t fix. Smh this is a mess and I cannot wait to stop dealing with them. So no car after a month and a half still accept raise my payments 300 more dollars smh. The BBB should know about this!!!! More

No pressure from Nikolay... he called a couple of times over the next week and I eventually made my decision. I was done with the deal in one late afternoon a week later. More

i came in 01-03-20 sunroof stuck open was looked at with cost 130.00. was told needed replacement at a cost of 8000.00 /this is a 2008 ford edge 89,000 miles kept very nice they told me to just trade it in cost 130.00. was told needed replacement at a cost of 8000.00 /this is a 2008 ford edge 89,000 miles kept very nice they told me to just trade it in and get different car. can you read between the lines? fix car cheaper by them great used car and sale me another. win/win, went to auto electric place got run a round 12 days, but cost just over 1000.00 had to put plastic over it, got wet twice friend helped cover better,then went to Tidewater Auto Electric BTW Cavalier was called by first co. quoted same 8000.00 did not need whole sunroof just electrical kit. they called Roanoke to get part,Tidewater called first to Cavalier for kit they had that WOW***my car in shop now way under 8000.00. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND CAVALIER FORD*********by the way I am a 72 yr old retired widow More

Beginning with my wonderful but very professional Service Provider, Archie. Then Mr. Richard Cuffy whom drove with my husband and I on our test drive and explained in great details about all the new technologies of this car. Archie knew that I was wanting to upgrade my 2014 Ford Explorer. He then spoke with a Salesperson, Mr. Kirby whom found the exact vehicle that I was looking for with a Dealer Special. I love my new 2019 Platinum Explorer. This dealership is #1. More

This was my first Ford purchase, the service from Danny Rodriguez and Chris I just returned to Cavalier to buy my 4th car from Cavalier Lincoln/Ford. This was my first Ford purchase, the service from Danny Rodriguez and Christian Rivas was excellent. No pressure, fair discussions, best deal offered from the start and a willingness to answer any and all questions. I used to use a Car Buyer Service and I found that this experience directly with Cavalier was as good as the car buying service negotiating the deal. I have enjoyed the Lincoln side of the dealership and service and I am looking forward to working with the Service team on the Ford side. More

I didn't realize my state inspection was about to expire in two days. I called (3 PM on a Friday afternoon) the service department and Phil managed to work me in.
