Cavalier Ford Chesapeake Square

I will never deal with Cavalier Ford ever again. They want to charge me full price for warranty work. My 2017 Expedition needed struts for the front and back. They wanted $800 for the front and $900 for want to charge me full price for warranty work. My 2017 Expedition needed struts for the front and back. I also got my backup camera fixed under my warranty because Cavalier wanted me to pay for it. They mess up my water pump which I had to pay for and kept my truck for two weeks for the repair. More

Charged my husband $1,184.00 extra for a measly "premium" 12,000 extended miles warranty after just 36,000 miles. Discriminated for being gay and took advantage of someone who has purchased multiple vehicles 12,000 extended miles warranty after just 36,000 miles. STAY AWAY..... not sure how these sales people sleep at night. Karma will get them back at some point. More
