My husband and I went to Hyundai in October to find a car for me. My car was totalled one month prior due to a negligent driver. Jon Vitale was the first to greet us. Dan and Scott were awesome to deal with. I went in late on a Saturday night and kept these guys for four plus hours with my shopping for just the right color and features. I got the perfect Electrolyte Green Veloster at just the right price. They have called several times to make sure everything is good and when the tags came in. I went to many previous dealers trying out different small SUV's. I loved the style of the Hyundai right way but found the dealers weren't being fair or they were being pushy until I went to Lester Gle small SUV's. No back and forth and back and forth some more, just came to a mutual understanding right away. John Silivanch was very friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable of the Tucson I wanted to purchase. I had to wait three weeks for delivery as I "just had to have" red and during that waiting time, John took the time to update me on the status and it actually came in early. A lot of minor things were done prior to me picking up my new Tucson so the waiting time was not long at all. Mike was also very speedy and personable as my finance person. John took a lot of time explaining the different features of my vehicle and how everything worked. Thanks guys for making my day! Love my Tucson! More

When it came to making the decision whether to purchase the car we both felt the deal was fair and the reasons offered were direct and reasonable. Explanations were clear and forthright with regard to financing with all aspects of the paperwork explained to our satisfaction. The test drive was conducted with complete explanations of the qualities the car offered. The tecnologies offered in the car were fully explained and our cell phones were uploaded to the bluetooth along with explanations and tests of the system provided. Jerry Langton (salesman) could not have been more accomodating - offering present and future answers to our questions. The Lester Glenn experience was all they said it would be.
