I had an overall great experience at this dealer. Very knowledgable about the product and they were straight to the point which I appreciate. Customer service was excellent. We had a chance to browse on our own when we first got there to see what we were interested in. We were interested in buying a Sonata but Tony compared my current Ford Focus to their car the Elantra which was what I wanted. I had intentions in gettin a used car but Tony and the staff worked out a great deal on the 2013 Hyundai Elantra! Sold!! More

Our names are Jim and Renee Brinson and we came in on Memorial Day Monday to look at a new car. We arrived at 11:00am and since I had to be at work at 2:00pm we weren't expecting to make a purchase that Memorial Day Monday to look at a new car. We arrived at 11:00am and since I had to be at work at 2:00pm we weren't expecting to make a purchase that day. Jonathan met us on the showroom floor and I explained to him that I was only interested in a price and didn't have much time. I asked for a price of a new Sonata, we sat down and he gave us a price and told us what he had in stock, we negotiated a price for a 2013 white Sonata and he assured me that I could purchase the car and also make it to work on time. Well to make a long story short, we drove away from the dealership at 2:00pm, in our new Sonata. Jonathan Vitale worked his back side off to get us the price we wanted and in and out of there in record time. I have purchased quite a few new vehicles from other dealers and we were absolutely amazed at how professional and friendly Jonathan is. This guy even went into the back and helped the guys detail the car so I could get to work. As far as I am concerned I will purchase a car from Jonathan in the future. You truely have a great salesmen representing your organization and I hope you keep him there, if you have an award for friendliest salesmen it should be given to him. If not, you should start. Friends and family have inquired about our new car and I told them to see Jonathan at Lester Glenn. I will continue to recommend Jonathan Vitale and Lester Glenn in the future. Went to Lester Glenn to look at both Santa Fe's and Tucsons. Tony was very friendly and courteous to us. We spent a long time there. After over 6 hours we leased a Tucson. I love this car. The car in my driveway this morning is everything I hoped it would be when I went surfing the web to locate a used Hyundai Elantra Touring Model 4 door wagon last Thursday evening. The car I wanted was located in Toms River, and only a few days in the Lester Glenn inventory. It was Stacy Myers who rapidly responded to my e-mail inquiry and arranged to have the car detailed pronto and delivered to Manahawkin so that I could test drive on Saturday morning. I drew John Silivanch( Lester Glenn Manahawkin) as my sales representative, and boy was I lucky. John is the most personable, knowlegeable salesperson I have ever met at any car dealership. He made it easy for me to take the car for the day and really get a feel for it. I loved the way it handled and knew I wanted it, but I hated haggling price, and I tell you if it were not for John's patience I would have walked away without the car. The sales manager Scott McIlvaine was no picnic to deal with, and I actually left the dealership on Saturday evening angry and willing to leave my car behind. There was nothing complicated about the financing aspect of my purchase (I was paying cash), but Scott made it seem a big deal. He kept me waiting for long periods of time, while we went through the "ruse" of negotiating a fair price for the car. I had researched this car well on the web and I knew what the true market value was, and what Scott was offering me wasn't reasonable. Scott turned down on Saturday, the very offer that I made that bought the car on Monday. What a waste of everyone's time. If it hadn't been for John's call on Monday, I would have happlily never set foot in another Lester Glenn showroom. When it was all said and done on Monday evening,I made the deal for the price I was ready to pay, and somehow John kept me calm enough and patient enough to see the long "paperwork" process through to the end on Monday (2:30Pm - 8:00PM). If I have any suggestion for improving the purchase of a car at Lester Glenn it is that paperwork phase for cash buyers be streamlined somehow. Also, if you go to Lester Glenn Manahawkin ask for Tom , the other sales manager, when you get down to working out the dollars and "sense." Thanks John for seeing me through the pain of negotiating a fair price and enduring my bouts of impatience with the slow and ponderous processing of my purchase. I have the a car I love because of you. You're the best! More
I went to Lester Glenn Hyundai on a stormy Friday. I arrived about 11 AM. Well, 6 hours later I walked out with a new car. My sales person was Tony picnic. Even after 6 hours, Tony was patient, courte arrived about 11 AM. Well, 6 hours later I walked out with a new car. My sales person was Tony picnic. Even after 6 hours, Tony was patient, courteous, and helpful. He worked hard to get me the car I wanted at the price I wanted. He was never pushy. The whole staff was friendly and businesslike. Tony Picinic was far and away the most knowledgeable car sales person I've ever dealt with. On a 95 degree day, he took the time to find the car I wanted on the lot, and then showed me step by step how it w sales person I've ever dealt with. Due to a car accident, I unexpectedly had to purchase a new car. I was extremely nervous of having to buy a new car, especially without having much time to shop around for the best buy. Some friends suggested a Hyundai due to affordability and the warranty offered. I ended up walking into Hyundai and was greeted by Tony. He was very nice and knowledgeable about Hyundai's. I explained my situation and told him what I was interested in and what I can afford. It was so nice to not be pressured into something I could not afford. I trusted Tony 100% and truly believe he was looking after my best interest. I purchased the Accent and left the dealership confident I made the right purchase. Moreover, the other staff members were friendly and I can honestly say I had fun buying my car. It has been just about a week since I purchased my new car and only hear positive feedback from people when I discuss what kind of car I purchased. I highly recommend Tony Picinic and Lester Glenn Hyundai. :-) More
