This is the second car purchased from this dealership this year for a member of my family. I wanted to get my son a n Accent and the only place I would trust tom give me a good deal was the Manahawkin L this year for a member of my family. I called to talk with the salesperson I dealt with in Jan., but he moved on. So, I asked for a salesperson like him. I was actually passed on to Scott McIlvaine, who is the sales manager. I dealt with him before and was comfortable with his no pressure approach. Now I know they have to sell cars, but he listens and works within your budget and doesn't control the situation by asking the usual "How can I get you in this car today". He is respectful and aware that the customer also has a goal to get the best deal possible. I made the deal......ALL OVER THE PHONE!!!!!.......The day we picked up the car was the only time we went to the dealership. I might add that I live 60 mi. away from the dealership. Which is a testament to the value of their professionalism. I was handed to Jerry Langdon to finish the paperwork and work out the details. After a few back and forths about my concerns and financing. All was done and ready for the pick up. This car was for my 18 year old son, for school commuting. I wanted to make sure it was in his name and he was on the loan for his credit, and he was paying off the loan. They treated him with respect and like and adult, no less than any other customer. He learned a good lesson about a capital purchase. After all the paperwork, it was time to sign the loan. It was a low pressure experience, and well handled by Mike Tomaine, who was also the same person who took care of the loan with me when I purchased a Sonata Hybrid in Jan. And.....he found a lower rate than was discussed over the phone!!!! All in all.....another easy and good experience with the crew at the Lester Glenn Manahawkin dealership. Good job guys!!!! More

My salesman, Tony Picinic, understood my needs and patiently dealt with me throughout the entire purchasing experience. He is an excellent communicator without using the "high pressure" techniques used in other establishments. Tony has also followed up on my purchase and continues to support me with his knowledge and expertise. I would highly recommend this gentleman to anyone visiting the Manahawkin store. I live an hour from this Hyundai dealership & have 3 within a closer radius to my home. The free oil changes for the life of the car & the service I received will definitely have me coming back! I decided to purchase the simonize treatment along with the tire warranty for my new BLACK car. Once I came to pick up the car Kenny went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied with the treatment.
