We saw 2 used cars online and decided to go to Manahakin one evening 38 miles from where we live. Tony Picinic was our salesman, and was very accomdating taking our time to test drive the vehicles. I was ready to buy a Nissan after my visit to Sport Hyundai just 7 miles from my home. I was discouraged because it seemed like thay didn't want my business because I requested a car in a different color than was on the lot. They wanted to charge me to search for that car. When I finally decided to take the ride up to Manahawkin, 30 miles from home I was met by Jonathan Vitale who took charge and showed me why the distance would be worth my while. They had found the Veloster that I wanted, in the color that I wanted AND with both packages that I needed. Jonathan took me to the Service Dept and then to Detailing where I was introduced to Dom and his staff who couldn't do enough for me to be sure that the car was EXACTLY what I wanted. He offered to pin stripe and add rubber strips on the door jams and wheel wells to minimize any possible dings. Because they were quite busy that day, there was a delay in meeting with Dave Buckridge to complete the financing paperwork. Not to worry, Jonathan enlisted the help of Ken Calicchio to keep me entertained until my financing was complete. Ken and Jonathan both stayed past their scheduled shifts to wait on hold with my insurance company to make sure my coverage was in place before I left. Dave Buckridge explained all the upgrade warrenty packages. Being in sales myself I undertand how important this part of the sale is. Dave asked me every question of my driving needs, how long I keep a car, etc. He helped me decide which of the platinum coverages plans made the best sense for me. I took almost all of them. After that I spoke with Tom Allen to tell him of my experience, I felt that everyone that I met that day seemed genuine in there desire to be assured that I had purchased the vehicle that was perfect for me.
