I drove down to Lester Glenn Hyundai on Saturday, June 15 with my sister to purchase a new vehicle. I was immediately impressed with Dan Downey who took the time to show and explain the Hyundai Elantra to m with my sister to purchase a new vehicle. I was immediately impressed with Dan Downey who took the time to show and explain the Hyundai Elantra to me. Dan explained my options and even told me what colors I could choose from. Dan also took me out on a test drive so that I could see how the Hyundai elantra performed on the road. This is the first time I actually looked forward to purchasing a vehicle. From start to finish I was blown away by Dan's professionalism and that of the people involved in the purchase of my Hyundai elantra. I found Dan and everyone at the Lester Glenn dealership to be friendly and upbeat. Since I purchased my vehicle from Lester Glenn I am entitled to free oil changes and will have access to service professionals who will make that my Hyundai elantra will get the service it needs. I made the right decision to drive down to Lester Glenn Hyundai to purchase my vehicle. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and my sister will also be purchasing a Hyundai from Lester Glenn in the near future. More

I was recently in an accident where my vehicle was struck from behind and totaled. So, I needed to purchase a new vehicle. I ended up buying a brand new, 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS PZEV. Based on radio advertising, I made the decision to solely go to Lester Glenn Hyundai in Manahawkin. It has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I began my search online and dealt directly with Elyse Crawford in internet sales. She was very friendly and responsive. She set up my in-store visit with Mike Tomaine, Sales Manager. He was very friendly, as well, and made me feel totally welcome. He immediately set me up with Jon Vitale, who was going to be my salesperson. I told both Mike and Jon that I wanted the person who sold me the car to be able to feed their family, and that I wasn't trying to "steal" the car from them. Jon quickly brought around an Elantra for me to test drive. We hit it off right from the get-go, and he respected the fact that I cared enough about a salesperson being able to make a living in order provide for their family. I wanted to obtain a price that was fair for both of us. Jon was very knowledgeable about the Elantra and took me out on the road. I enjoyed seeing and driving the Elantra up close and in person. Prior to visiting the dealership I always thought the car looked nice, and I already knew about the impressive safety features and almost unmatched MPG. I had done my homework. I was very much at ease and comfortable with Jon as we talked while driving around. Jon Vitale is by far, the best salesperson I have had the absolute pleasure of dealing with in my 25 years of driving. In addition to being so very nice and informative, he was also 100% non-pressure. We got back to the dealership, and he got right to work trying to get me my vehicle for the best price possible. He said that was his job. I truly felt at ease that he was working for me too, and not just the company. He was the best partner to have through my car buying process. I trusted Jon so much, that I did not even try to counter offer or haggle when he gave me my 1st price. I accepted his very 1st offer, because I truly felt he had done all he could for me, right upfront, with absolutely no games. I don't just think of Jon as someone who sold me a car. I feel like he is a friend that I have known for much more time than I actually have. He just has that way about him. Apparently, I did not do him the justice he deserves when I unintentionally messed up my initial Hyundai survey. So, I want to set the record straight right here, and right now. I would send EVERYONE I know, whether it be friend or family, to ONLY Jon Vitale, if they are in the market for a new vehicle. I plan to visit him again when my wife's 11 year old vehicle decides to call it quits. I truly hope Lester Glenn realizes how special of a person they have representing them in Jon. Jon Vitale deserves the highest accolades and merit Hyundai has to offer. You can't go wrong with him. He successfully sold himself to me, and not just a vehicle. On a scale of 1 to 10, he is an Eleven. On a grade system of A to F, he is an A+. We purchased a 2011 Certifed Hyundai Sonata. Our salesman was Dan Downey. Upon meeting Dan we found him to be friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. Unlike past car purchase experiences, we did not feel pressured. After we agreed on a price, Dan introduced us to Dan Velez in the Finance Dept. Dan Velez was very professional and walked us through each step. The next day we asked Dan to correct some exterior cosmetic issues, and he assured us that the detailers in the Service Dept. would address these issues immediately. They did an outstanding job and we were very happy with the results. Overall we were very satified with our experience at Lester Glenn in Manahawkin and would highly recommend the dealership to others. More

This was the most amazing buying experience we have every had. It began Friday evening from home when I decided to enter a credit application online and Kim Larson immediately contacted me both by phone and had. Kim and I exchanged multiple emails that night even after 9:00pm. Kim's email were informative, professional, and so pleasant. On Saturday morning we headed to the dealership with Kim letting the team know we were coming. We spent most of our time with Ralph Grande who gave a wonderful overview of the Elantra before and during the test drive. Ralph walked us through every step and took the time to answer each and every question or concern. Ralph was extremely professional, but always adding a personal touch even by bringing us chocolate chip cookies that another co-worker had baked. We also spent some time with Mike Tomaine who wanted to ensure that we understood the purchase and brought more cookies and actually tried to contact us Saturday morning while we were at the dealership. We also spent time with Dave Buckridge signing documents and reviewing additional coverage available. We had a great time swapping navy stories with Dave. Everyone genuinely enjoys there job which is evident by their dedication, unbelievable customer service, professionalism, and the value they place on their customers. I have never experience such a communicative business, as I have already received follow-up emails from both Kim and Ralph. I will definitely recommend Lester Glenn Hyundai Manahawkin to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle. One of the main reasons I was willing to try Hyundai is that two co-workers from Arizona edHyundai's and I had never heard them say anything negative about their vehicles or the service they received.
